Under Contract

I guess this was the time to put our house up! We are offcially under contract and are set to move July 15th. I'm a little dizzy from how fast this has gone. Then the crazy part is we have a 2nd buyer waiting in the wings if something falls through on the 1st deal. We had our 2nd showing on Monday and on Tuesday while we were waiting for the 1st buyers response we got a new offer! It's crazy!! We had the house up for over 3 months last time and no offers. We have barely had it up a week and already 2 offers :) So looks like we will be moving next month! I'm so excited! Now, we just need to find somewhere to live! Wish us luck :)
