Quick house hunting update. Apparently 3rd time wasn't the charm we needed. We went out again on Monday and saw our top 3 houses again while we were waiting to hear back on our offer. Going through the house in Roy, we found some things we didn't love as much as we thought. It makes me laugh too, because the house had been listed since Feb. and in the agent remarks it said: Sellers motivated! Bring us an offer! So that makes you think they need to sell and will negotiate, right? Wrong. They were so unwilling to negotiate and thought the house was worth way more than it is. The best part was finding out they don't have anywhere to move and are debating on building and aren't in any hurry to sell :) So what's with the motivated remarks? We did however make a different offer on a house in Clinton. I know, I know...we need to make up our minds already. But now we are negotiating that one, so we'll see how this one goes :)
