ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

So I want everyone else's opinion! Is the whole ten-digit dialing driving anyone else insane!? I must be an old dog cuz this sure is one new trick I just can't learn! I swear every time I have tried dialing a number I forget and the stupid message "this local call...." and I have to start over. I just had to vent for a sec :)

Good Luck Anziano Sawyer!!

So for those of you who have no idea what Anziano means, I didn't until recently. It is Elder is Italian. We took Adam's little brother Jake to the MTC yesterday. It was a day of mixed emotions. Jake is the life of the party and we're all gonna miss him, but we're proud of his decision and excited for him to serve. It was cute to watch Landon Tuesday night when Jake was set apart. It was like he knew something was going on. Landon loves Uncle Jake and is usually his little shadow, but Tuesday was different. He wanted to be glued to Jake. He even wanted to go to Jake over me! Wednesday was exciting to see how pumped Jake was to be there and be headed out. He will be an awesome missionary and I'm sure you'll be getting updates on him periodically for the next 2 years :)

Sick Little Boy :(

So Landon has finally caught the bug going around :( He usually doesn't ever get sick (he inheritied Daddy's immune system, not mine!) He amazes me how much energy he still has even though I know he doesn't feel good. He has a runny nose, is coughing and sneezing, his eyes are all swollen and watery, and he has thrown up a little :( NO FUN!! The plus side is that he has been super cuddley and wants Mommy in sight at all times! It has made doing anything around the house impossible, but it's nice to just relax and cuddle :) Hope he gets better soon, and I hope all of you that have sick little kids out there get better soon too!!

Snow, Snow, Snow!

I can't believe how bad it snowed yesterday!! The snow was so wet and heavy! I thought I'd be a nice daughter and go dig out my mom's driveway because the snowplow always leaves a huge snow bank infront of her driveway. BAD IDEA!! I thought I was gonna break my back! This nice man down the street saw me struggling and came over with his snowblower and finished up for me. The neighbors there are so nice. It's a retirement community and the little old men with snowblowers go around and help do everyone's driveways that can't do them themselves :) Landon was "helping" me too. He was so cute all bundled up with his little shovel trying to lift the snow. He had so much fun that when daddy came home we got all bundled up again and played in the back yard :)

Fancy Nancy Birthday Party

Our niece Hannah turned 7 and had a Fancy Nancy birthday party. I was so excited all day of the party! I kept telling Adam I felt like a little girl getting to play dress up in Mommy's fancy clothes! The party was a blast! Adam's fam is so much fun and they all got really into it. Here is a glimpse at our craziness :)

Happy Birthday Jake!

Adam's brother Jake had his 19th birthday a little while ago and we took him out this last weekend as his present. He is leaving to the MTC this month to serve in Rome, Italy! We're gonna miss him! Especially Landon! He adores his uncle Jake. We went bowling at Fat Cats and had a blast! I unfortunaltely forgot my camera :( (sorry Kathy)! Landon had so much fun pushing the ball down the little ramp and watching it hit the pins. He didn't leave Jake's side the entire time! Then we went and ate at Costa Vida, yummy :) We had a great time and hope you did too Jake. We love ya, happy late birthday!!
